Maneesh Sethi’s latest product just might shock you—literally!
Maneesh is the creator of Pavlok, a wearable device designed to help you break unwanted habits. The Pavlok wristband delivers a mild electric zap to help you stay on task, form better habits, and improve your productivity. It’s a wild, creative idea, and Maneesh is here today to tell me all about it.
Five years ago, Maneesh was a successful blogger building passive income online, but he still found himself struggling to stay on top of day-to-day tasks. He got curious about ways to break his bad habits—he even hired someone off Craigslist to slap him in the face when he got off task! He saw how negative reinforcement transformed his productivity, and the idea for Pavlok was born.
In this episode, Maneesh shares how he created a successful physical product from the ground up. You’ll hear how he built the Pavlok hardware without being a programming expert, what he hopes to solve with his product, and the speed bumps he’s encountered along the way.
Maneesh offers up an honest, genuine look at taking a risk on a big idea, and I can’t wait for you to hear his story!
