I’ve spent a lot of time building my team over the past year. I’ve focused a lot on finding the right people for Team Flynn, and as a result, a lot of amazing things have happened in my business.
If you’re a solopreneur, going it alone without a team, you’re at a big risk of burn out. Hiring a group of supportive, like-minded people clears your schedule and your mind. Michael has some brilliant advice for how to do that, how to communicate efficiently, and how to become a better leader in the process.
