Great post. I just read your ehow blogs as well. I am just getting started on my journey into passive income, fueled by my success with cafepress. Have you reviewed that yet? I designed a shirt about a year ago just to buy it for myself (which I never ended up doing). Surprisingly, people started buying it and I generally get a check for about $30 every month. Not bad for about an hour’s worth of work. It’s really inspired me.

Interesting talk. I have been noticing a trend towards free content on-line, which may cause problems for this business model. Also, for the content that you have produced, how much effort do you put into updating the material and keeping it fresh?
