I saw a picture of you earlier the before and current. Woooow thats some chnage in 60 days.

Ive dropped from 16 3/4 Stone to 14 1/4 in 4 YEARS by eating less and eliminating foods that didnot agre with me.

Problem now is the old stomach is far from flat Im going to look into this P90X and give it a try

Great post! I started P90X a few weeks ago to help with the stress of life. Being an entrepreneur is difficult but if you stick to it you will eventually succeed just like with P90X I am beginning to see results and man it is hard!
