You can’t write/get paid for eHow outside of America?
That sucks.
I have been trawling your blog and think it is brilliant and some brilliant idea’s here that got the brain juices going.
But that just killed one part of it, I’m in Australia!

Hi Rob — I just signed up the other day and at first you need to create a user or member name that has no spaces, but then you are able to sign up with eHow using your real name.

Your member name is used when you log-in to your account, but when you start publishing articles you can choose to use either your member name or your real name.

Perhaps, your login could be your first and last name with no spaces? Anyways — good luck!

Got a related question I hope you can help me with.

I want to sign up for eHow with my real name, first and last.

The sign in doesn’t allow blank spaces. Yet, I see users that have their first and last name, with a blank space, as their user name.

How do I sign up that way?

I can’t ask on the forums because I need to sign up for an account to use the forums and my question is about signing up for an account. You see the problem.

Any ideas? Or, if you don’t know, any chance you could post my question in the forums for me? I have been reading them the last week or so before I decided to sign up.

Thanks for sharing – it does make me jealous that eHow don’t pay non-US writers, I’ll be honest!

It sounds like a great opportunity, and one that, if I could be paid for it, I’d jump at.

Your post does highlight a lot of areas, however, that anyone who writes on the internet could use to improve their page views, revenue, etc.
