I read your blog for a while and your content is really good, thank you!
I read several times in your monthly reports (as here, and elsewhere) that you found in eLance a good SEO company to work with. I am in the same process to find good SEO services for my websites. Since you told us who you hire to make the graphics of your blog in another post, can you tell us which company you hire for SEO. It would be very useful.
