I’m just curious with one thing. How long did you set-up all of your income generating activities to achieve all of these stable earnings? If possible, maybe you could share inspiring story here or any techniques you’ve made. I am interested in earning more online.

Great info on your site! I (along with a few others) am researching a potential start-up that will utilize an iPhone app. We’ve been pretty overwhelmed with the whole learning process, but this site has been quite inspirational and refreshing. pat – thanks for the inspiration. i first heard about you in sterling and jay’s academy and through their interview with you. i kind of lost track of how you were doing for a little while until i heard about your new podcast from another podcast i listen to.

i was glad to download it right away and listen to it on my way to work. i have a couple sites that are coming along and hopefully before too long i will have even more smart, passive income. thanks for the inspiration.

The recession started this whole thing actually, the day I got laid off. Looking back, getting laid off was a great thing to happen to me in my life
