Excellent article. I found it very helpful. My wife and I formed our LLC in 2008 as a publishing company. It now includes our online businesses too. I can’t believe California charges $800 per year to register a Limited Liability Company. That’s expensive. Arizona charged us $50 (one time) plus the cost of running the articles or organization in the paper (another $75). That’s it. It’s crazy what a difference a state line makes.

Based on this post alone, you need an accountant. In Texas, it's a one-time fee of 2-300$, but you have to file annual reports and taxes, I'm guessing you do too. dogatemyfinances´s last blog post..Three Steps Forward...
