6 Months of Passive Income Polls From You – The Results

Each month since the beginning of The Smart Passive Income Blog, I’ve put a different poll in the sidebar. I’m sure many of you repeat visitors know this, and I thank you all for your quick input. There’s a new poll in the sidebar, so feel free to answer that if you have a few seconds to spare.

Today I’m showing you the results of all of the previous polls on SPI. Here are 6 pie charts with information about all of you. Please know that these are just from readers of my blog and the sample size for each poll is an average of about 130 people.

Comments are welcome. Enjoy!

Very interesting– I was surprised that more people didn’t go with $100,000 for 60 hours of work . . . that is a “fair” trade of time and money that gives the best balance in your life.

Personally, my ultimate entrepreneurial goal is $25,000 per month working just three hours per day.

I would have guessed that the 60 hours for $100K would have won but I guess more people were looking at the nominal dollar amount than the effort to earn it.

Also on what to do with an extra 4 hours a day, I think people are putting what they should do rather than what they will actually do. At least for me, I’m always thinking I should go to the gym or clean up my office … but then I end up watching tv or reading blogs or something. Maybe I’m just lazier than most :)

I think I like my situation the way it is

3 months = enough money for the entire year.
Rest of the months = chill, take a vacation, relax.

With the option of working more if I wanted.. based on availability of contracts.

I LOVE working for myself! And I loved my job before I quit too :)

FB, I like your attitude, and my guess is that you attitude is what has helped you achieve your current state. Loving your job and loving life on the way to your end goal is probably put in place the circumstances and opportunities that led you to where you are today.

It’s funny how wrong you can be with just guessing the result!
